Does anyone know how to set up the action bar for shadow dance? I have to wait for the CD to reset on shadow dance to press it, and then it goes into the shadow dance bar THEN I can drag down from my spellbook onto the bar. The problem is I only have the 6 second shadow dance window to do this. Does anyone know a workaround?
It should be one of the bars you can scroll through. Try using the scroll arrows on the side of the primary hotbar, see if you can find it that way.
The default for action bars for 1-6 are Shift1-Shift6. In none of those 6 can I locate the shadow dance bar.

no, and plenty of folk are confused. I asked in /1 and I got replies asking if I had found as solution >.>
The shadow dance bar isnt simply the stealth bar?
It is beyond bugged, sometimes it changes to my stealth bar and other times it uses bar 7.
I have had to make macros with stance modifiers for ambush, cheap shot and sap
it is not on wotlk classic.

I dont know if there is another solution but i setup my shadow dance hotbar by pressing shadow dance and manually modifying the new action bar.
Yup, I added mine one cooldown at a time. An addon like Bartender probably has a solution to this, but I haven’t tried.
Enable bar 8, enter all desired casts, and then disable bar 8. When you use Shadow Dance, all spells should be visible. Well, at least that’s what worked for me.
