Why has this not been announced yet?

This stuff has already been announced.

They said they would release them with the prepatch.

They said prepatch would be 2-6 weeks long.

Release is September 26th

2 Week Prepatch - September 13th
3 Week Prepatch - September 6th
4 Week Prepatch (Most Likely) - August 30th
5 Week Prepatch - August 23rd
6 Week Prepatch - August 16th (Prayge)

I think at this point we should at least have a specific date for prepatch, especially with launch date already announced… We don’t even have names/types for the fresh servers yet :frowning:

Still, fresh server numbers/names so communities can form, plan, establish raid times, recruit?

Perhaps they could work on the bugs if they weren’t trying to make a million unnecessary changes at the same time. Its not like they couldnt have delayed WG and its associated raid til 1-2 weeks after launch.

The time alone saved by not developing a new LFG tool and instead releasing with nothing, like we had at the start of original Wrath would have been a better approach.

Someone, however, is drunk at the helm.

I would imagine fresh launches with prepatch. Its what makes the most sense tbh.

Its a wrath fresh server, why would it launch on a TBC patch.

They should have launched wrath fresh servers at TBC launch in order to give you guys time to level up, do professions, and build up some gold.

You should go ask on Twitter; it seems to be the way to communicate with the devs these days.

They already said the fresh servers would start at pre-patch. The only question is when is pre-patch.

No… the blue post clearly says the fresh wrath servers are coming with prepatch, problem is we don’t know when prepatch is.

Makes sense then that it is the fresh servers creation that is holding up the early release of the pre-patch… :wink:
