[WotLK] Headless Horseman’s Mount’s jumping animation is bugged

Previously the Headless Horseman’s Mount had bugged flying animation.
[WotLK] Headless Horseman’s Mount’s flying animation is extremely bugged (FIXED)
Now this is fixed.
BUT: after the fix the jumping animation got bugged.

Also still can’t be used as a ground mount in Dalaran.

this is intentionally changed behavior, and we understand it is not ideal.

In this patch, because of unique and significant complications with how Dalaran works, we had to make a decision to allow all or none in Dalaran.

We intend to sort this out entirely in a future patch.
