Fire Ele doesn’t reset after a boss wipe. It’s extremely frustrating not having a huge dps cd available when going onto the next boss. Pretty sure this isn’t intended.

Regardless of how frustrating it may be, Blizzard has explicitly stated this is the intended behavior. As such, the Bug Report Forum is not the place for it to be changed. There is already an existing thread on the WotLK Classic Discussion forum.
(original location is now a 404 on these forums, so instead you just get the Wowhead copy of what was posted)
