I know this wasn’t a WOTLK feature but is there any chance we could get the dungeon/raid maps from modern integrated. Just think they are significantly better and wouldn’t impact game play.
Given their initial statement on Quest Helper, I highly doubt they’d implement this.
which dungeon do you get lost in? they have no divergent paths beyond Halls of Stone and halls of Lightning.

Additionally, as the OP points out, this wasn’t even Lich King - it’s more of a retail feature than Dungeon Finder is.
The interviews, that Aggrend alludes to, were done in April of this year so a couple of months. It’s a business that can’t always turn on a dime. Couple of months in this case is decent as it’s not an emergency. Yet. But they have a deadline for delivery and waffling like this isn’t going to help get the content out on time or possibly working as intended.
Still as the troops have not yet been sent to Northrend, there might be time to ask for a tweak as the OP is requesting. I’m not entirely optimistic that it’s gonna happen or even be addressed but I don’t see the harm in speaking up.
I’m not saying that players can’t request changes - it’s apparently the one thing that caused Dungeon Finder to be removed.
I’m saying that given that it took a few months to revert on a decision to remove something that was in the game initially, it’s highly unlikely that they’ll add something that wasn’t in the game back then.
More work = Blizzard opts out.
There should be no reason that Blizzard or specifically the Classic team should EVER have to turn on a dime - they preach they’re looking for our feedback on changes, they never ACTUALLY listen to our feedback (as made evident by the Dungeon Finder fiasco) So, when have they EVER had to turn on a dime?
I’m happy that you have that much patience with Blizzard, it’s actually refreshing to see given their lack of care or competence in many of their decisions over the years.
I, however, feel different. A decision to remove something as minimally-intrusive as a built-in Quest Helper should not have taken even a month to revert back on. Heck, it shouldn’t have even taken a day because the decision should not have been made in the first place.
These two statements contradict each other.
Blizzard had the EASIEST job ahead of them with the re-releases of these expansions, including Classic WoW - the template, and foundation was already there. They just had to re-release it. Any content not working as intended is far from the fault of any player’s.
I’m sorry you felt it necessary to breakdown a post that acknowledges that it is unlikely that this specific change will be made but expressing support for the player that feels such an action would be helpful. That’s all it is and was kinda obvious from the final summarizing sentence which was not given a retort.
