In WoTLK Classic;
I’m trying to buy items at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown from a vendor named
"Eliza Killian
I am 999/1000 Exalted with Undercity on my Orc, but am unable to speak to this quartermaster. Reading the forums, this seems like a bug.
The items she sells say “Requires any horde race” etc, and reading old forums posts it looks like exalted with UC should give access to this quartermaster.
Can anyone confirm if this is a bug?
These vendors don’t require rep, they require unlocking Argent Champion status by doing dailies for each faction. If you are not undead, you will need to do at least 13 days of daily quests to unlock the Undercity vendor (3 Aspirant + 5 Valiant + 5 Valiant) or 8 days if you are undead (3 Aspirant + 5 Valiant).

To elaborate on what @Gooped said, just in case he confused it in anyway -
those vendors are unlocked only after you become a Champion of that faction.
In order to do that - you need to complete a series of daily quests. First chain is to get 15 seals, and second chain is to get 25 seals (5 per day).
So, every 8 days of dailies you can unlock each race vendor.
