just an opinion but perhaps i dont have the education to properly give it yet…i bought the burning crusade expansion back in the day when it wasint concidered classic yet…and now i have to pay for it a second time ? and not only is it supposed to be an expansion to vanilla i have to pay to clone my character to continue playing the character i made in classic in order to play it in BC classic ? am i missing something ? cuz i cant help but feel incredibly unsupportive towards blizzard right now…i am deffinitly not cheap by any means and i do not mind pay to play games at all but im pretty sure i already purchased the burning crusade expanion over a decade ago when it was released, any insight on this would be appreciated. thanks 
No, you dont have to buy the game again. You also dont pay to clone your character
to play TBC classic. You choose, on each character, what version you want to play.
If you want to play TBC. You dont pay anything. Same with classic.
The only way you pay is if you clone a character to have that same character in BOTH
classic and TBC.

You dont HAVE to rebuy anything you only have to pay your subscription. You will only need to use the cloning service if you want to keep one version of your character at 60 with all the gear and what not and one version that moves on to 70.
