Is it worth buying it now or do I wait till a future twitch drop seeing how more and more TCG loots are being available
If you’re a collector and want the physical card, sure.
If you just want an in-game TCG item, absolutely not worth it.

I generally don’t buy any IRL virtual goods that aren’t available in-game already. I prefer to earn my things organically, not through a card swipe.
I just don’t support the practice- give me a reason to stick around in-game, and let me earn stuff that way.
Also, you never know when it could be a freebie later on. The precedent has already been set with these TGC items and toys, and we know they’ll be a regular ‘drops’ thing now.

$140 is a decent amount of money. As someone said above, if you’re a collector and want the physical card than yeah it would be worth it to add something like that to your collection. If you want only the item then it is 100% not worth the 140 price tag and you’re better off waiting for a possible twitch drop/trading post update.
I’d think about all of the other things I could buy with $140 before spending it on pixel goods.

If you want it and can afford it, go for it. It may be a Twitch drop next week. It may be years. It may be never.
