Helcular’s Rod in Hillsbrad.

So far I’m at 153 kills and no rod yet.

I think if you kill something over 100 times, you should just automatically get whatever quest item you’re trying to get. I had to take a break, and now I’m gonna go lay down and resume the horrible RNG when I get back up.

I got mine off the AH.

Update - Through sheer will and determination, I finally got it after 160 yeti kills.

I’ve killed Rivendare, Kael’thas and Yogg less than that to get the mounts.
