While everything I’ve tested out in the beta looks good, there is just one major flaw and it’s going to be a major influence to why I won’t be playing once live (other than it has no appeal to me):
The Troll /silly about eating 2 gnomes isn’t there.
Vanilla lost interest originally for me when they removed this and Classic is going down the same path. Let the joke live on!
Did they really remove some of the jokes?
also removed blood and gore art/animations/audio.

To be fair: it is only the first month into the beta. there is still A TON of stuff to be implemented. You guys are acting like Classic will be released by tomorrow.

I won’t be playing that game again. As great as the memories were, most of the time was spent walking everywhere…EVERYWHERE. When I was a kid and no life, it was the greatest thing ever! I think anyone who has played on a “private” server is in for a rude awakening if it is indeed untouched classic. “Private” servers adjusted loot and other things, classic wow was a pain.

Y’know I’ve seen a lot of Chinese players. Maybe they have to use the Chinese version for the beta to comply with Chinese regulations. Maybe that’s why?

ESRB ratings and changes over the years may be tying their hands for what they can bring to classic.
I mean you are looking at classic wow as if it’s retail. Classic isn’t about the endgame. It’s not about reaching max level in the first week and doing the first raid. Classic was just about exploration.
They did, due to some country’s sensibilities.
Also removed the Draenei Female - “Do Gnomes have a vibrate setting? I’m just curious.”
