I loved most of them, but some of them were pretty awful.
RFC, BFD, Gnomeregan is my top 3. What's yours?
Didn't play Ally back in the day but Stockades looked meh
Gnomeregan by far was the worst. I’ve done it countless times and still don’t really know my way around the place.
Gnomer was cool, it was a huge time sink though and was not the easiest to navigate.
I wasn’t a fan of gnomer....
The one I think I disliked most would have to be Dire Maul. The gear drops were good, but man I just didn’t like the place all that much. Some people love it though....
Worst raid... BWL. I freaking hated that place. I just did not like it. Had guildies that though it was the greatest raid instance ever, but I didn’t feel that way.

I was hoping someone would start this thread after having the favorite dungeon thread going on.
Mine is Wailing Caverns if you had some derps in your party who couldn't make the jump at the end. Sitting there having to wait on them to run all the way back around to watch them fall right into the same hole again was so painful.
If you had a competent group then wc wasn't that bad. The worst ones would be gnomeregan and blackfathom deeps respectively.

Gnomergen, annoying music, annoying layout, some areas required keys back then and there was no parachutes.
Gnomeregan could have been so much more than what it actually is. They've got multiple wings, a quest hub in the middle of the dungeon, some sort of code card system involving multiple terminals throughout the dungeon... and they did nothing compelling with any of those things: It's just an ordinary dungeon that's particularly long and hard to navigate.

Ragefire Chasm. Just because it was lifeless, easy and had terrible loot.
Razorfen... i hated the theme / layout of both dungeons...
But yeah i'll admit Gnomergen was saved by the lore of the place, but god it was a pain in the a.. to do !

Sunken Temple by far... actually wasn't a bad dungeon but was just so out of the way for your level range. Navigating it was also annoying as hell. The gear was meh that dropped to.
My least favorites were Gnomergen, Sunken Temple, and Stockades
Gnomer and ST were cool except they both were a pain to navigate and felt like huge mazes with confusing layouts. A few times I remember several people being lost in the group in ST wondering around trying to find the rest of the group.
Stockade back in vanilla had no real loot which meant there weren't a lot of the incentives to run it other than quests

I hated sunken temple too. Every single wall and floor in that place is the same drab green texture and none of the pulls are interesting.
That being said, the cata revamp is even worse. The only interesting thing about it was the puzzles to unlock bosses, which they removed.
I would vote for Sunken Temple, as others have.
The long trek through a seemingly dungeons worth of mobs just to get to the entrance. Which almost guaranteed a hearth out after completion.
The jump you could miss, leading to swimming which you didn’t know would work right.
The dungeon was just as confusing as Wailing Caverns if a complete clear was desired.
The only consolation of Sunken Temple was that the turtle mini boss could be tamed (one of the best tank pets in Classic as far as turtles go). However I cannot remember if it was actually tamable in the original game.

Gnomeregan
BRD, it was just to big to be practical and it also fell in a weird level bracket where the rewards just didn't justify the effort. Outside of whatever you needed for the Ony quest line it was mostly best left avoided.
Man. I loved gnomer. And BRD. I love huge, sprawling layouts that reward experience and spatial awareness.
I don’t think any of the dungeons were bad, really. But my least favorite would probably be Gnomeregan.
Scarlet Monastery.
Graveyard, Library, and Armory were boring and unimaginative. I know people farmed them for different reasons (mats, certain items etc) and probably have more fond memories but the dungeons themselves were pretty dull.
Did like Cathedral though.
Its the only revamped dungeon that Blizzard has done that I have liked.

I think the worst thing about Temple is the mountains of trash. If ever a dungeon was overspawned, it's ST.
Lots of people listing ST and Gnomer for the same reason I like them... they both feel like dungeons to me in their layout and I never feel like I know my way around the place which I like :D
Stockades is really boring, essentially just clearing a bunch of rooms and going down a hallway.
