WW monk is awful (probably second from the bottom) at raiding but probably A to S tiered for M+ and PVP.

I had my behind kicked by a shaman last night. Ive never been lightning lassoed before but I felt violated

List everyone by DPS and rogues will always be toward the bottom with 1 guy who has all 450 IL stuff 10% down.
Further your question is simplistic. Rogue suffers from severely long cooldowns, no healing to speak of, the smallest health pool of any class, meh mobility.
I play rogue, pally and mage. Rogues pop out when I’m on pally or mage and its a free kill or they vanish and run. So considering health pool, healing, no shields…etc its hands down rogue.
