Worst delve to you

For me its Tak-Rethan and the sinkhole, both of these delves SUCK, the mobs to me are still a bit over tuned, even at the recommended ilvl due to the amount of damage they do at a time. All other delves I do at a quick pace on my alts when I run them, but these two are the hardest IMO to solo on newer characters.

They all kinda blend together. Whatever Delve is the longest, so one of the Nerubian ones, like the one where you gotta chase down the rampaging guys, or the one thats like a bajillion years long but with no movement buffs.

Any of them that involve fungarians.

I absolutely CAN’T STAND their shrill, screeching little voices when in combat. Drives me insane.

I find the stories for each Delve play differently so it is hard to compare one Delve to another. It’s more like comparing one Delve/Story to another Delve/Story.

I have two

– The Boss Xik’vik in the Underkeep
–the entirety of the Skittering Breach

That being said I’ve taken a break from Delves for a while now.

Any of them that require me to carry something on my head with a drop button that creates an item to fight around. Boring and pointless.

Waterworks is the one I dislike the most. Waxface was a total pain on T11.

Waterworks is the worst, that one where you have to carry the kobold candle around a close second.

The bosses are fine but holy moly some of the mobs hit like a TRUCK.

Edit: Water breathing potions work in these btw, stock up on Nogeenfogger and you have a much easier time.

I figured I would mention as well that if you want infinite underwater breathing, I recommend getting the Mastercraft Kalu’ak Fishing Pole.

You can also equip it to your Fishing Journal. So you won’t need to worry about un-equipping it and re-equipping it.

Just note that you need to be Exalted with The Kalu’ak in order to purchase it. You may do daily quests for their reputation at their small village on the coastline in Dragonblight!

Anything under water. Yes, Noggenfogger helps, but I just…don’t like the idea of it all.

i hate the cleansing one in fungal volley

The one where Brann aggros mobs I wasn’t planning on fighting…oh, wait…

I don’t care for the ones that make me carry a candle or air purifier or what’s eat around.

Any kind of water breathing makes Tek Rethan and Sinkhole easy.

Kriegval’s rest will always be awful because of terrible design combined with permanently terrible affixes.

Obvious fungal , very small platforms packed traps , mobs and walls reducing mobility -

They’re all pretty boring.

The Underkeep and The Spiral Weave, i dont like those two

Any of them that have to be under water.

Those bubbles remind of when I played sonic.

Any of the Cult of Night ones. With the spotlights that trigger aerial bombardment. The precedent has been set with the spores. Any environmental hazard should also be able to be used on the enemies.

Special hatred for that one story when you need to navigate the spotlights and time yourself to interact with idols to lower shields. Brann will 100% mess that up for you.

Favorite is fungal folly, or spiral weave. Kobalds dungeons are fine too but the candle mechanic is dumb. I’m a lightforged. I AM a lightsource.

Yup. Aside from the mob tuning, they fixed two of the bad aspects of underwater content, but left the worst.

There’s a reason no one has horrible flashbacks to the water levels in Super Mario World, while every kid with a Genesis has that 15 second clip of music burned into his brain inexorably linked to a panic response.
