- DH: Class is impossible to Balance because they don’t have an actual kit. They’ll either be OP or bad.
- Warlock: Squishiest class in the game. Telegraphed CDs and need to cast for 6+ seconds straight to land a kill.
- Hunter: Lack of survivability, die fast.
- DK: Not mobile and lack survivability.

can you elaborate on what you mean by “they dont have an actual kit?” so are we just ignoring their purge, aoe stun, leech, ranged kick, darkness, blur, etc…
im not sure i agree with this, lock has really potent defensives right now. plus, they have soul leech, which will always make them the tankiest of the casters.
aren’t all cds kind of telegrahped to some extent? i think warlocks actually have nice cds, at least they cant be purged off like other classes.
i completely disagree here, between exhiliration, pet utility, mail armor, and turtle, hunters actually have quite a bit of survivability. this isnt even including their kiting capabilities.

Even if it is 3%-5% melee damage reduction it still helps.
And it’s not like these classes are all terrible people can still make them work.

Hunters are bad into people who kill pets. Aka everyone lol. Hunters definitely arent all that great unless you play almost perfect. At that point tho you may as well play one of the busted specs that you can make a million mistakes on and still win.

They’re obviously incredible into hunters but so are the majority of specs, because it’s very simple to shut hunters down
Thinking it’s paladins alone is wrong, those have always been great into hunters, it’s not like Hpals weren’t great vs Hunters in BfA either just hunters weren’t as awful

It’s very disingenuous to compare entire whole-classes to other whole-classes, in my opinion, because it’s unfair to compare multi role classes to single role ones.
Monks are a very good class for PVP atm, just maybe not in the role they player wants to play.
On the other side, anytime rogue has a viable spec for arena, it essentially fulfills the same role.
They arent mw levels of bad or anything but they arent in the top with rets, wws, mages etc either.

At least mistweavers can choose to play ww, dk+hunters+dhs+warlocks don’t have a single good spec. I know most mistweavers probably rerolled rather than playing ww but at least the option was there.
Leech is a terrible stat on every character. What I mean not an actual kit is that their is nothing to balance. All they can do is adjust a few spells. This won’t give them base mitigation which is really the only option in a high burst situation.
Once again, leech is useless in a burst meta. It doesn’t prevent you from getting 100 percented. Our wall is on a 3 minute CD. Every melee has at least a 2 minute CD they can kill you with when your wall is down. I play Ele and have a Boomkin I don’t touch, both are way tankier. Spriest has base mitigation with real defensive. Mage is the tankiest caster bar non at the moment. You’ll see no Warlocks at AWC this weekend, if you do then they’ll get trained until they’re dead because they have no mitigation. Soul Leech is trash, I’d rather have Soul Link if my pet was able to live.
I suppose telegraphed is a bit much but they can just run from them. Dark Soul is actually dispellable now, not sure who thought that was a good idea. So it’s not worth running against Mages anymore.
Once again, it’s the base mitigation in a burst meta.
Then go ahead and compare the specs. I was comparing classes. I’d love to have a different roll on my Lock when all three specs are mediocre at best. I think it’s very disingenuous when Blizzard gives pure DPS no top tier DPS spec. Meanwhile Pally has arguably the best melee and healer.
Besides Mage, the other three pure DPS aren’t in a great spot. Rogue has RMP but that’s mostly riding the coat tales of RMP. But hey, if I had a RMP level comp on my Lock I’d be happy.

Its interesting to me that you actually try to maintain a discussion with a classic toon that thinks Soul leech is a valuable tool in the kit, and thinks that Dark Soul is not purgeable.
