Worst aspect of Epic Premades

Agreed, if players feel the game is rigged against them they quit, take their money to other games, and thats whats going on, by Inaction Blizzard is allowing tons of players to be ran off from the game. Its sad n crappy, while at the same time making record profits off selling a super mount.

The problem is that it’s hard to play without them and then people being banned for trivial things by jerk leaders.

No its not. Some people are just not used to having to stand in the sun by themselves and get things done themselves.

But its possible and pretty easy to.

Well it’s much easier with 30 people on voice

Every epic premade that i’ve see has the zug, zug, rush, rush mentality too, it’s just more organizated zug zugging. Epics have become a joke. They’ve been streamlined for honor farming. They need significant changes to force more PvP. Epics shouldn’t end faster the normal BGs.

And that is a fine perspective on the matter.

I understand all sides of this problem. Don’t get me wrong or write me off. I’ve been playing since '08 and for years, upon years. I’ve solo qued for Epics and the smaller maps.

I’d like to think that Blizzard is putting premades against premades. Which; seems to happen though I will agree that it is kind of imba and… what is the word I’m looking for… unfair, only way to really look at it. I remember when Oqueue was around and people were premading 10/15 mans as well as Epics. The smaller maps were premade qued into pugs as “RBG Practice”.

This add-on was broken for the very same reasons we are having here with countdown queing.

I honestly want to see a MVP, or a Blue Post in regards to this. I would be , and am all for the destruction of Premade(s) . However; outright destroying communities just doesn’t sit right with me. This is my own opinion and I understand if it isn’t liked.

That is all I got, no sarcasm or anything in my posts. Genuinely trying to have a kind conversation with you  :dracthyr_love_animated: :dracthyr_blob_dance_animated:

Well they are already largely gone irl.

Its only a few people trying to keep community alive in this game for some reason.

I know for me, its mild nostalgia.

Thank you for posting this link.

Never knew it existed.

Guess a response was given then.

Yeah we’ve been around this circle before.

Basically they went and dredged up a 5 year old cs forum post where in the op gave a vague question and got a vague answer.

1 2 click is the very basics. They then drop the que if they don’t get everyone leaving whatever team they dropped out to dry sometimes multiple times. Leading to the infamous 10v40 games.

So there is more that goes into it than that but that is a section like would rather avoid because it paints them as people as what they are which is people willing to step on other players experience so they and their “community” can have an even easier time running random teams over as if it was not already trivial.

In other words… people who are unapoligetically selfish like if thats you just say that. Just lean into it trust me there are 100s of thousands of people just like you out there and i guess they are by que syncing.

Even back in the monkey days some people firmly engrained in the monkey way of thinking would only prioritize their own tribe and their group first and everyone else be damned. I guess some people resort back to that in times of desperation.

I agree with ya’. I think all aspects and perspectives should be looked at this.

Getting rid of people that have been abusing an exploit and ruining the game for everyone else “doesn’t sit right with you”? Wild.

There’s a lot of nice players in the premade communities who aren’t out to ruin anyone’s day; they just like playing with friends and enjoy the comradery of joking around and listening to music on disc while doing a fun activity.

Some of them probably don’t even realise the impact on the average player and hating on them won’t achieve anything but allow them to more easily dismiss concerns.

Against that, there are freaks and weirdos who revel in bullying other players and like to pretend their profile pages mean anything. They hide in the above crowd and deliberately abuse the system for their own strange personal inadequacies. They’re frequently called out and know who they are.

But this is largely a developer problem. The solution’s pretty simple and doesn’t involve bans. Spike sync queuing.

I’d go a step further and offset it with rated epics so the best of the premade community behaviour can be preserved and rewarded. I’d also like to see how the self-declared ‘best’ would perform in a rated epic environment, because I strongly suspect without all the added exploits and some real competition from the rated crowd, they would get smashed.

Lol, I don’t think a premade team wanna fight with another premade team. They would still queue random epic bg.

Thank you.

Or even worse, faster than the time you wait in queue.

There are a lot of nice pugs too. And they’re not the ones stacking their team so they gain a significant advantage over everyone queuing normally.

There would be very few teams. Considering the history of premade communities, this would undoubtedly lead to win trading and other shenanigans for easy rated PvP rewards.

Epic premades have been horrid forever, and Blizzard has never done anything about it over the decades, and same thing is in the solo brackets now… World of BoostCraft.

You hit it on the nail, upper management but all is good. Not all communities are like that, certainly not the one I’m in now. It’s very laid back which I like a lot. I’m mainly doing my own thing, herbing and making potions and selling.
