I dance and dance and dance for these goblins and they don’t care about my sick moves.
From wowhead, just dance in the lobby of the Incontinental for a minute or so.

I have the same issue, I have literally been dancing in the lobby for 10 minutes.
I’m on a Blood Elf hunter, I’ve been dancing in the hotel for 10+ minutes, I’ve logged out, logged in, tried everything. NO ONE will dance with me. How do I complete this?
I’m not on the forums much, I hope you got this figured out already. You don’t have to target the little green snot-balls, but be near them, and they decide if they wanna dance (Enthusiastic consent rocks!). They should have a halo around them if they are the type that wanna dance dance dance with you! It’s very annoying, but I hope you get it figured out!
A good place I found for a lot of dancing queens is if you hang a right as you walk outside of the rocket station.
