My Evoker, Snawfchomp has 5 radiant echos but when I go to the worldsoul in undermine there is no orb to click on. Others in the same shard can see it and interact, and I can see them in other zones. I have completed the story but not sidequests on this character, but have completed sidequests on another

Probably need to do some side quests to clear out any phasing issues
figured it out, if you have an accepted job for shipping and handling, the orb is just invisible for some reason
