So I have submitted tickets in customer service that I am having problems with the Worldsoul Memories in Undermine. I have said that I know I must wait for the memory to be active and must have Radiant Echos in my inventory, which I have 11 for season 2. However, on my main character whenever I go to the active event, I can never see the portal to click on to activate the event. I will then log on to my alt characters and they have no problem going to the active event and seeing the portal. I would like to do these on my main character and complete them.
My tickets have been responded with that I should make sure the event is active and links to basic info on world events. I am aware of this, just looking to get this resolved,
I should add, I used to be able to see the portals on my main character. There was an instance I was about to start the memory but I cancelled it because my guild’s raid was about to start. I have not been able to see the portal since then.
