Subject says it all… this is happening on 2 characters on my account, and has happened 2 weeks in a row for 1 character
So there is 3 different weekly quests you can get. Faerin, Brinthe, and Brann. Only one of the 3 resets each week but you can get the others if you haven’t done them yet as sort of a catch up.

Gotcha - I guess I didn’t realize those 3 were linked because I had done them in back to back weeks.
