Nope. it sure isn’t. Chromie kept despwning back to back to back for our group, then our entire raid group d/ced 2x during one of the fights, then for Arthas no one could damage him at all and the whole group wiped then d/ced…… And now I log into my pally to mount up and… mount’s not there. Alrighty then.
The entire event is glitchy and to top it off, its not even account bound. Only 120s can do it so… I just wont have it on some of my other toons then. Okey dokey.
I’m hoping it is yet another bug, because this is admittedly a giant mess. The 10th anniversary mount was account-wide, so I don’t see why this wouldn’t be. You can only log onto one toon at a time, so it’s not like you’re adding extra Obsidian Worldbreakers into the world (simultaneously) for every alt you have.
Having to do it on each character is actually not a bad idea.
It shows that you put time and effort into your characters just like the Mage tower.
Why should your no good for nothing lazy alts that did nothing be rewarded with such a great mount.
you realize you can mog your magetower weapons onto your good for nothing alts right?
Only for those that have the same spec and the same class.
My DK Mage tower MOG cannot be used on a warrior.
Seems like a fairly glaring oversight.
The inability to mount the Obsidian Worldbreaker on more than the character you learned it on is a bug.
I am even able to summon it on my level 20 bank alt and run around SW at this present moment.
Just toss a BUG REPORT in game to Blizz, posting here really isn’t going to catch anyone’s attention.
Well I am upset because my other alts CANT do the event. I got the quest on my level 120 pally and… it glitched away, I cannot reacquire it. Then the thing that increases your XP by 15%… yea that only ahs ONE use this year. if you D/C… its gone forever. Wasn’t that way last year and guess what… doing the second to last fight has a near 100% D/C rate.
So I lost the buff and cannot get it back. No added rep for me. The quest to get it glitched away from me pally AND Death Knight and neither one was able to get it back so… they will NEVER be able to ride this mount…ever. Seeing as how it is for only one toon.
I doubt it’s supposed to be. The event is super easy and it lasts until January.
I wouldn’t worry about it. Blizz is going to fix it so everybody alt has it

No it isn’t. This has happened to 100% of people that I talked to and the FoS is not listed account wide either so… ONE toon on your entire account gets the mount. it is impossible for your others to get it because the quest simply glitches away from them and there is no way to reacquire it as the note went away too.
Yes…it is but you keep going on whining here instead of reporting it. I know several ppl as well who have this issue not only with the mount, but the pet as well.
I have logged on to ALL my characters on ALL their servers and can mount, fly run around jump and w/e…IT IS A BUG. Use your BUG REPORT in game and report it.
This event does not give a pet. it only give the mount.
But i would rather come here and whine about it. I need cheese!!!

Dude, all mounts are account wide, there’s literally no reason Blizzard wouldn’t make this account wide either. The last anniversary mount was account wide.
It’s a bug.
Having to redo the same terrible event X amount of times isn’t the same thing as the Mage Tower. At all. There’s no way this is intended, otherwise we’d never be able to use this mount on low level or future alts. They know that’s a no-no, it’s why they made mounts and pets account bound in the first place.
