Hello everyone, I was wondering if this is happening to everyone or just me. I just did M HFC & BRF and found after doing HFC I could not hearth out. Infact, my character seems to be stuck in the instance despite me using different hearths, and even using the website character stuck service. However, this also culminated into me not being able to log into any characters on A52 with the error message world server is down. I have only previously seen this in classic during high peak hours. Is this just me, or are others too experiencing this right now?

You’re not alone. I’m getting “world server is down” on all of my Wyrmrest Accord characters.
…unfortunately, all of my characters there are either in Oribos or Zereth Mortis, so… not much diversity on checking which world servers are actually down…
EDIT: Same is happening with my Moon Guard characters, one of which I attempted to log into was in a BC area…
EDIT 2: As a side note: I got a “Transfer Aborted: Instance server is down” error despite standing still in Oribos on a longboi just before getting disconnected.

Yeah it’s happening to me too. Twitch and Character screen just updated… they are investigating. Void Elves and Blood Elves mailbox dancing together! Yay!

It’s not a bug, but rather server issue. Currently stuck at Oribos, can’t go anywhere on my pally. Mage stuck at Northerend Dal, other alts are at their covenant sanctums at 4 zones, also can’t go anywhere else neither.

The instance servers seemed OK. I couldn’t go to Oribos but Stormwind was running on Silver Hand.
Looks like a lot is broken. Stuck in the portal going to the maw floating in the hole stating “Transfer aborted: instance not found”
This 9.2.5 is a disaster on these old blizz servers. Nothing is working right. the whole thing is a cluster.

Drenden here, and when I tried going back to Shadowlands after going to Brill, I got the Transfer aborted - instance not found. When I tried rebooting the game, I can’t log on to anyone. Stormwind or Oribos.
So it goes on a patch day. XD
Cant log in the bar just sits then then says world server down for me

We are having more problems than Shadowlands the World Server is down and I in Oregon so I have not been able play the whole day now its down again. Can we just play the game while the WOW developers are attempting to keep me from playing the game. My suggestion is to go back and hire all the QA folks you fired. God this game sucks as it seems to be down more than up!
I was flying to the hunter lodge and the eagle dismounted me, I was able to glider after 4 mins. Then the glider wouldn’t go away. Suddenly I got ported back where the eagle dropped me and fell to my death. I took a screenshot, it said I died of fatigue. Then I tried to get my corpse, could not, as it was up in the air. Had to take a spirit rez and it cost me 400 gold.
We waited all day long for this hot garbage?

Same problem here. The weird thing is that the realm status page shows Eitrigg as up, but when I try to log in, I eventually get a “World Server is Down” error message.
I’m on Hydraxis and can only log into garrison for now. I’m getting world server down error also
My toons on altar of storms are fine , but Hydraxis keeps getting world server error
