I was doing the weekly quests for the Legion Timewalking. During Court of Stars, I got booted due to internet issues while I was on Fautrix. I am not stuck in Court of Stars and when I try and log is I get World Server is Down. I thought it might correct itself with the update/patch today so I did not worry about it yesterday. I am still unable to log into Fautrix as I am getting the same error. I have cleared the cache, checked for updates and scanned for any repairs and I am still not able to get her on. I also tried to submit a ticket but I am getting Error: You can’t submit this ticket. An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.

I’d recommend to try having the character moved with the stuck character service.
Go to https://us.battle.net/support/en/help then click Contact Support and go to WoW → “I would rather categorize the issue” → In-game Issues → Character problem → Stuck Character service.
