took a long time to get into the server list was met with a black screen then finally characters loaded in. Then I go to log in stuck on log in screen. World server down message next. had all addons off.

New expansion just went live today, I guess we should not be surprised that they again didnt plan accordingly for this to go smooth.

Imagine they have been at this for almost 20 years and still can’t figure out how to launch a game smoothly…

i was in the loading screen and it took me out to the log in screen wtf

I can get in to the game just can’t get to org at all to start the quest. I have tried a bunch of ways to get there just get booted back to the place I started Dalaran.
update if i just let it sit at logging into game servers it gives me a black screen. I have done speed test i have reset my modem. its fine. I can log onto classic just fine. I would really like to play the game. I let it sit at the black screen eventually my charecters popped up. I logged in. Loading screen stuck and then just world server down message.

I have been playing on and off since BC and I must say, this is by far the roughest expansion release to date. Normally its lag and buggy quests but no, this time its not even being able to select your character. Which would be fine, if this was the first time this occured. But its not, is it Blizz. No, just three weeks prior when pre-patch came out, we ran into this same thing didnt we? So with that said, get off your butts and put my and all others $15 a month to work you lazy socks.
