And nothing has been said, to my knowledge, about the situation… it sucks. I won’t be chancing it on my toons until something is officially fixed.

Yeah at least acknowledging it. I can’t continue to be a customer anymore. Blizz really seemed to be changing with releasing HC and SoD, but… yeah.
on the launcher they just said they are aware of login issues
Stop shilling for your corporate overlords. Dozens of 1-life game mode characters have been lost with no announcement or apology.
They wont do anything until enough people stop giving them money.
Money is the only thing they care about.
