Do what, Artemtwo? This isn’t a contact point for in-game assistance. I provided direction and a direct link on how to submit the correct ticket category to have your issue addressed. You have yet to submit the ticket.
You have a ticket currently in, under the wrong category as I have explained. It will eventually be addressed, but response times for that category are considerably longer than the Stuck category I provided you.
All games experience bugs, we do what we can to address them. The current one is being investigated and worked on. It often can take time though, it isn’t a wave of the wand, as much as we might like it.
If you decide to quit playing because of it, that is entirely up to you and I’ll wish you well in wherever your gaming takes you.
I’m stuck in a timewalking dungeon as well, since haven’t gotten my ticket update, the character stuck feature doesn’t work and no live chat to be had. Can this please be looked at and fixed.
Well now. That’s certainly a fine start to the loss of posting privileges, good grief. If you haven’t tried using the stuck character service or submitting a ticket through the link that has been posted over and over and over again throughout these many threads? I don’t really know what to tell you. Though I must admit, I’m rather lost at your entire rant and the veiled attempts of using inappropriate language when you may as well have gone full hog for the lack of "u"s where appropriate (or inappropriate?).
How long ago did you put your ticket in? But most importantly, what path did you use to submit your ticket? If you didn’t use this link I’m about to post, it’s not in a priority queue. Most of these are being rectified within hours, at most.
Unfortunately, it is doing the same of Eye of Aszhara. My character is stuck there…again. >.< my stupid power keeps going off whenever I am trying to do a dang dungeon. I’m about to just quit doing the timewalking things.
i tried the character stuck server and it kept telling me opps something went wrong on our in. i have since put in a ticket but have got a response yet
How long ago did you put in the ticket, and what ticket path did you use? Character Stuck tickets are given priority and we’ve seen people getting helped in a few hours.
One last thing (just to make sure your ticket is in the correct queue). When you go to the ticket list (https://us.battle.net/support/en/case/), what is the subject of the ticket? It would be on the left side of the list.
