I am once again asking for a response on why world quests seem to be bugged, or if they are working as intended, why leather wearers get assigned plate gear, or guns, and some people get no reward, or something not in the ballpark of other better rewards. I have not seen this addressed at all, and forum posts are either getting deleted or buried.
Put in a ticket. Let them know you are having an issue.

Do not do this. This part of the reason ticket times get blown you. You aren’t going to get an answer and you are wasting everyone’s time.
If you think it’s a bug, post in the bug forum. GMs can’t answer questions about bugs or intended game design. It’s not their job.
