I haven’t seen a new world quest for 3 days since hitting 70 the day after Dragonflight launched. I’ve done every one on my map and even unlocked the dragon racing ones and did them. There was no daily reset of world quests like usual.
I haven’t done any world quests yet and every one I see on my map says I have 3 days left so it looks like they reset weekly.
I did all of my world quests didnt see any new ones, and a bunch appeared today all with 3 day durations. So maybe those ones bugged for me and appeared later. It doesnt seem like daily resets anymore regardless.
They mostly all reset last night at 10pm, which is the half-week reset (similar to the covenant Maw assault timetable). Would be a huge change if intended. Only getting a couple of gear WQs opportunities a week instead of 10+ is a giant change, especially for those of us who don’t enjoy group content. WQ progression is kind of all we have in the early patches of an expansion.
Ah. I didn’t look at them yesterday.
World Quests in WoW Dragonflight reset with the [corresponding weekly reset time on Tuesdays at 10am CT and Fridays at 10pm CT. Some World Quests last seven days, giving them a bi-weekly reset schedule on Tuesdays.
Blizzard chose to do this so people didn’t feel “Obligated/Forced” to login daily to complete dailies.
So, if you do login daily (like many do) to do dailies, you will find that they have dried up because you have done them all for the semi-week/week.
