World Quests not showing up on my my in K'aresh

I completed the Karesh campaign and got my cloak. World quests exist in the zone, because I can see them activating as I fly by, I can even complete them. However, the WQ icons do not show up on my map.

They show up in all the other TWW zones, just not Karesh. I don’t have any filter excluding them on my map, and I tried disabling all addons. They still do not show.

i’ve also run into this, i have the cloak, one world quest has poipped up within tazavesh so far nothing else

update: i was able to find the world quests in the phase dive and then right click the buff off to get to the actual mobs, after doing 2 quests the world qyuests showed up on my map
