Okay I don’t know if it’s just me, but ever since the expansion came out, if there is ever a WQ in Dornogal like the one where you water sheep for example, it does not show up on the map at all. Either if you’re looking at the map of Dornogal, or if you’re zoomed out looking at the map of Isle of Dorn.
The only way to know if these world quests are active is to fly over them in Dornogal and see that they’re there to do. Is it supposed to work like this? Is anyone else getting the same?
Are you using the addon World Quest Tracker?
Nope, not using any quest addons whatsoever and haven’t used any since the expansion released.
The only addon I’m using that affects stuff on the map is HandyNotes.
Just curious, because I noticed the same and didn’t know if this was an addon issue or a Blizz issue.
Sounds like a Blizz issue if we’re both having this problem.
My girlfriend is basically using the exact same addons as me and could see the WQ on the Isle of Dorn map, too, just checked with her.

That one doesn’t show up on the city map for me unless I am in the quest area.
Yep, exactly the same for me. And I just got the WQ where you get in the robot and clear out rubble and that one never showed up on the city map or Isle of Dorn map for me at all either, only showed up if I was in the quest area.
There is a WQ tracker in the reg map that has to be enabled.
This bug has existed since Legion. There was at least one WQ that I would never see unless I happened to fly through the area while it was up. I saw the bug again in Shadowlands and Dragonflight.
The only addons I use are WeakAuras and and Details, and I saw it happen even when I had no addons installed.
Have you tried disabling this one as well?
Try that and then check what Dracarian said, a post or so above me.
I have issues too, sometimes they don’t show, other times they will if i open the flight point options at a flight master. Almost every day i can see extra pet battle WQ via flight masters that i can’t see in my own map 
Just wanna know if they are supposed to show up for alts after completing the storylines on one character? got the storyline achievement’s done on my hunter, but many wq’s are not showing for other characters. City of threads spider place whatever that zone is called for example. My hunter can see them, but wq’s there not showing up for my other characters.
I’ll try it next time I see a WQ in the city, but I don’t see any right now
I also do have WQs tracked in the map options, looked all over and didn’t see anything on the map that would have prevented WQs from showing up that are in Dornogal
I had to disable every addon I had to get my stuff working right.
Then reload, etc… but I also have a fairly old computer that I’m using.

I logged in today and haven’t disabled or updated any addons, and I could see a world quest in Dornogal on the Isle of Dorn map.
No idea if Blizzard changed anything or what, but it seems to be working now for me.
I am playing 14 toons on one realm. all are working fine except my Hunter. I can’t see quests in Dorn. Talked to Blizzard numerous times and did the chg the folders and reset the game no luck. What I can’t understand is why only one toon? Any help would be appreciated as Blizzard is doing nothing! TY
Seems to be happening on my Envoker. I have 50 other toons, not sure why this is going on. Can’t even click the NPCs to give me the quest, they just talk to me normally…
