ever since it started world quests in The War Within, i keep getting “Failed” quests when doing world quests. It normally happens when there’s an item as a reward. Not all the time but some. i just had one in Dorn where you go into the cave for opals and then one in the Deeps where you get the honey back and kill moles fail. They both rewarded items… which i needed to boost my ilvl but since it failed… nada. please fix this. Thanks.
Update: I was able to fly by it today… the one in dorn and it completed and gave me the item without having to redo it.
