The technoscryers seem to be pointing at a pile of rubble located at 55.8, 45.2 in Waking Shores, but half a dozen players are wandering around unable to find it. Are we missing something? Or is this officially bugged?
EDIT: A fellow player informed me if you unluckily end up with that location you should leave the area and come back and the quest should give you new locations to look so you can finish the quest.

Yeah that is what I did - that location inside the tower to the left of her, I just couldn’t find. I came back later again and I didn’t get that location so I had no problems completing the quest.
I had a different problem with this one - arriving in the area didn’t grant me the goggles to actually do the quest, and neither did talking to the NPC in the area. She just asked if I was ready but didn’t have any dialogue options to start scrying, or give me the goggles.

I still had goggles in my bag, but the npc isn’t useful at all. She has a dialogue option, but doesn’t do anything if the world quest isn’t working. I had to leave the area/return a couple of times before this worked.

Not sure if they hotfixed this, but I managed to find the item. If you are facing the wall, there is an opening to the right side of the pile of rubble and the item you are looking for is a fork. It’s worth mentioning that I also couldn’t find the item the first time I tried to do the quest, so I went out to do other quests, changed character and when I got there with the new one the item was there. Then I went back to the first character and found the item too. So, I don’t know, maybe it was the thing about leaving and returning, as mentioned, but the item I got was the one at the pile of rubble, not a new location.

Just bumping this to share that I and a couple other folks on Emerald Dream and Earthen Ring had this issue tonight. Tried logging, no joy.
EDIT: I didn’t see the item, which I think was a key, but i just moved my cursor around and eventually it switch to an interactable icon, clicked it, and completed the quest.
It is definitely bugged. There are a dozen players in the area right now that don’t see any object. Moving the mouse cursor over the spot where it should be did nothing for any of us. Leaving and returning to the area many times, but none of us got a new artifact to look for.
Still bugged, even tried leaving and coming back. I’ll take a look again tomorrow.
I came here to find what the trick is to find this one, and I finally picked it up by clicking on the middle of the large flat piece of rubble that looks vaguely like a peaked roof truss. Never saw the item, just the aggravating hovering icon.
Maybe try that next time, see if it works for anybody?
