World Quest not counting for Emissary?

I’m confused. The mats and professions turn ins for Proudmoore Admiralty count towards the Emissary… but the Tortollan Seekers one doesn’t?

Just turned in the cooking one for Ravenberry Tarts, got the rep, but not credit for the Emissary.

Is there a difference between that one and the other ones as to why it doesn’t count? Just curious so that I know for future reference whether or not to bother with it.

I found that out this week also…kind of wanted to skip the turtle made it to the water quest. lol

I noticed that today as well when I was knocking out Tortollan ones. Not sure why, but it seems like all of the cooking-related ones aren’t counted.

I had to do a Beachhead.

It was painful, and I need booze.

Weird… but I shall keep it in mind!

And yeah, I have to trudge off to Nazmir now.
