Hey there, this feels pretty similar to a campaign quest in the city several weeks ago, but this world quest, Exfiltration Operation, takes a very unreasonable amount of time for completion.
I’d perhaps chalk it up to me on Moon Guard, however I see only ~3-4 people here too and spawn rates are still once every 5 mins or so. I’ve gone at least 5-10 mins without seeing a quest mob at all and it is lightly frustrating. Perhaps they could be player specific or just have a longer respawn timer but sitting here for near 20 mins to not even have finished it yet feels like it deserves a look over. Thank you
