why doesnt blizzard make a server that will never have BGs. if world pvp is the best i am sure people would play server with no BGs.

While I’m sure you really wouldn’t want such a server, I’ve always said my dream version of WoW would be a true PVP server with no raids or epic gear. Just balanced world PVP (or as balanced as possible with WoWs classes) and a focus on capturing cities and/or other invasion style objectives. I’m sure it wouldn’t have the mass appeal that the current system has but would likely have a loyal base of true PVP players. But that of course would be an entirely different game and would require new content and tweaks from time to time so it could never happen. Also “no changes” as everyone has their dream version but no two have the exact same vision and changes are how Retail came to be.

Because “Classic Vanilla.” It didn’t have that.
It would quickly become a single faction (likely horde) server with next to no PvP to be had at all, save hunting lowbies / stray alliance that haven’t moved on to other servers/games yet.
Unless you strictly enforce an even population on the server (by ridiculous things like adding queues to a faction if it starts to overpopulate the other at any given time), it will quickly become one sided, then quickly drive players off the server, which would pretty much end any real pvp going on.
The dominant faction would be fighting for honor scraps, and the underdog one would wither and die out, because they are literally just there to be killed by the dominant one.
that’s not vanilla then, vanilla had battlegrounds
but in vanilla we didn’t really have this crazy world pvp spam fest, people were still leveling or very noob at the game, battlegrounds was where you learned how to world pvp even.
