Can we end the loophole of the PVP battles ending and restarting by toggling the tortollan quest givers? I understand being able to click into it if people are camping the quest. But could we add a timer blocking re-entry by 10 minutes, or toggling it several times without completion forfeiting the quest? I think that would be more fun.
