World PVP kill quest (Repeatable)

It doesn’t have to give much.

Something daily, or even repeatable that gives incentive to world PVP. Every so many kills you can turn it in for a modest amount of honor for defeating other level 60s, or perhaps a little bit of Conquest for a daily version.

Something to give us a free roam alternative to the zergy battlegrounds, or structured arenas.

This 1000%. World pvp is my preferred method of PVP, but there is very little incentive to do it. A change like this would be inconsequential to people who dont care about world PVP, but would be a game changer for those of us that do.
