World of warcraft unable to start up 3D acceleration

Hi,

It seems to be a classic issue but cause differs.
I have done:

  1. Disable fullscreen optimization
  2. Scan and repair wow classsic
  3. Run as administrator
  4. DDU uninstall and reinstall GPU driver
  5. Update latest BIOS and Chipset drivers
  6. Disable overlay from AMD

DxDiag here

Event Name: LiveKernelEvent
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:
P1: 142

An app or setting on your computer is blocking permission for the game to use the graphics driver.

Thanks for identifying the problem.

I did some googling but wasn’t able to find much.
Any solution recommended?

Export your MSInfo and check the error reporting. The app name might be there.

Here is my MSInfo export:

I tried to read it but the timing does not match. A bunch of the error is on Logitech G Hub. Another bunch happened when the PC is turned off.

Would you be able to take a look?

Here is the pastebin:

The report is marked private.

It is created but pending moderation.
Is there any other way to send this? Like via email?

Thanks

You can paste it here in a reply. Once you do, hit ctrl+a to select it all, then click </> on the bar along the top of the post editor.

It maybe too big, it is error 500.
I tried to create a dropbox link, still dont work.

It is a only 349kb .txt file. How can we get around this?

Not sure, everyone posts on Pastebin and haven’t run into this issue before.

Yeah I did it the first time too.
Here is a mclo.gs one

Does this work?

That one worked. I would say the LGHub is a problem you need to address. Not having signal with the peripherals can cause crashes. But ultimately, there are tons of AMD errors for the driver, so you may want to work with them (AMD support) since the reinstall didn’t work.

Yeah already uninstalled LGhub.
I am old so Logitech has a special place here. But their RGB is getting on my nerves.

Thanks
I will see what AMD says
