Hey everyone! As you might remember, I made a post several months back announcing the release of the first World of Warcraft Fanzine Issue. Well, I’m back to announce the release of another issue! I and several other Artists, Writers, and more have been working hard to put this all together.
I want to present to you:
The World of Warcraft Fanzine Issue #2 - Memories
This Issue was inspired by both the 20th anniversary event, and the early Earthen storyline in TWW. World of Warcraft has been around for a long time, and many players who have been here since its early days are still playing. In fact, in the Roleplaying Community alone, some players have been here since the server first opened or even remembered playing in the original vanilla!
Who here can think of their favorite moments from this game? From joining a guild and making lifelong friends, to epic server campaigns where you got to feel like a hero, to personal character development, to even moments from playing the game itself? There are countless stories of people who remember their first time stepping into a raid, achieving Gladiator in PvP, or playing through their favorite expansions story, to even just the little moments that keep us coming back and playing.
That’s what this Issue is all about remembering. The moments that made this game worth it.
Personally, I’m proud of everyone who helped with this Issue, as there are some fantastic stories and artwork in here, alongside screenshots of epic parties, server campaigns, touching story moments, and more.
In this Issue you will get:
-
12 Original stories.
-
18 amazing artworks done by some of Warcraft’s best.
-
22 gorgeous screenshots.
-
3 different versions to download. An Epub (for e-readers and more - stories only), a LITE version (Just the stories and art with no frills - for smartphones, tablets, and laptops), and a FULL version (contains additional art, easter eggs, and more). Download one or all of them!
-
Link to a Discord Community where the Artists, Writers, and more hang out.
-
Links to Art Galleries, Machinima Creators, Warcraft Musicians, Podcasts and more.
-
A submission form in case you want to contribute something for Issue #3
We’ve even done something different for this Issue. We’ve included links to Musicians, Machinima creators, Podcasts, and more. While we cannot show them off in the Fanzine itself, we support creators no matter the medium they choose to create with.
All of this is FREE. You will never be charged for any Fanzine Issue now or in the future. Check out the link below to download it. We’re using Gumroad as a free repository since you can host Fanfiction there and don’t need an account to download it. Plus, it’ll be in your personal Gumroad library whether you have an account or not.
Also, leave a Review if you want. Any feedback will go towards improving Issue #3, and we might even use your review in future acknowledgments!
NOTE: Since I don’t have the required trusted level to post links on the forums, be sure to copy the link below, and open it in a new browser tab.

With that said, I want to thank every one of you! These have been tremendously fun to work on, and I am thrilled about all the creative people who have contributed and are preparing to contribute to Issue #3. As I said last time, meeting new people, seeing what they create, and working with them has inspired me and made me love this community even more.
Looking forward to seeing you in Azeroth, my friends!
