Two and one hour world buffs, not consums.
Yeah, I’d like to know how the prior system works too because HoTs can make a big difference on fights like Maexxna
Came in WotLK I’m pretty sure, I remember having mining for the +stam in Naxx/Ulduar
I think it’s crazy that they still need to test a 14? year old game~!
Such a long maintenance for a no big deal patch. Woot
Wonder if prepatch is going to be on ptr soon now that 1.13.7 is off.
I am a little concerned with the spell batching change of 400ms to 10ms , I would like some clarification on this topic if someone with BLUE would answer this technical question. Is this going to cause balance issues between people with different internet speeds IE (IF someone with a connection speed of 9 ms PVPs a player with 90ms does that mean the player with 9 ms to the server gets 9 confirmed actions with the server before the person with 90 ms gets one??) If so how do you plan on balancing the competitive aspects of the game , for those of us who have hardware limitations or just world class poor internet??
Someone once said, “That you can’t go back home again.” But they lacked vision…and a temporal discombobulator! HYUUKKK PUSHES BUTTON
Quit arguing everyone or I’ll send you all to the future to Mist of Pandaria to farm timeless isle rep.
Please, don’t do this!
This is all great stuff, But when in gods name is Improved Weapon Totems for shamans going to work correctly?
Harder is an understatement. You would have to time vanish to be done within 10ms of all abilities / mechanics you’re trying to vanish. It is possible, but I would say you will miss it 95% of the time. And its a waste of vanish to even attempt it with that low of a success rate.
It is done! Let Mortal Kombat begin!
That was fixed in the beginning of P6
That would probably line up too closely with 9.1 on retail, they want to spread out these releases to maximize subscriptions
I really doubt that Blizzard cares about that since they released Naxx the week after Shadowlands.
I suspect the people expecting prepatch were not among the “everyone who knew”. Just going with Occam’s Razor on this one. I don’t think they figured the time streams were messed up and there’s a flux capacitor involved and the 2nd thing would come first or anything like that. Probably just they didn’t know.
It reads to me that you can unlock your pending buffs to add new buffs to it. I recall something about a 1 hour cooldown though, so I think you may need to log back out for an hour for the cooldown to reset, then you can lock your buffs away again with the new one added.

Let’s make one thing clear, the Paladin seal twisting is also abusing mechanics IN ORDER to help you do better at your respective content.
Vanish is no different.[/quote]
I’m guessing the thought was that Paladin damage is so mediocre that they are OK with the “abuse” as it’s not breaking anything. Rogues seem to be in a good place DPS wise, so they don’t need the gimmick so much.
I am bummed that those who will remain in the classic era have to redo their guild charter, get signatures, and pay for it. I have guildies that will not be continuing on and this news makes me a sad Shu’halo.
Redwood Tribes will pray to Earth Mother for guidance! I understand that this could be a technical issue like a Timey Wimey Thingy.
The removal of batching from Vanish will actually make it better. It will be much harder to time but you will never have it fiizzle out on you or have mob AI ignore it and continue attacking you for a second. +trinket swap hype.
And in future we will have cloak of shadows which will be a much friendly mechanic avoider
