Kiting is nerfed in HC, can’t kill others in WPvP unless you ask permission first.

I really hope that for dungeons they change the 24 hour lockout to a 24 hour xp lockout
since anyone playing a significant amount will out level the gear they wanted to obtain anyways through the dungeon within 24 hours
