This means if a community of 30+ people want to sync q for a BG only their party of 5 is guaranteed to be on the same team. So essentially they will be competing against each other.

Hmm, so one party of 5 per team? What would happen if groups smaller than 5 queue?

Having toons to select from will only incentivize players more to play WoW retail and level a toon or purchase a boost.

This makes sense for the concept. I think I could live with it.
