Bold of you to make fun of your customers. I can usually take jokes, but not this one. Plunderstorm is garbage. The way you handled all of it is even worse. Being secretive and cheeky 
was not the move here. Also, forcing PvP when the bulk of your playerbase can’t stand it was… a choice.
And I know, I know. Nobody is forcing anyone to do anything. It’s easy: just pass on all the rewards. That are for retail (and classic). And not for this new abomination of a game mode. Rewards like collectibles and Tenders. Yup. EZ Imagine earning rewards for a Battle Royale game only while playing a Battle Royale game. Crazy stuff.

THe team was limited this year . They had to send more over to work on April 1st jokes for TWW and Midnight .
DF has reached 3rd shift status and has been regulated to skeleton crew for all things , including jokes

Most of these are pretty funny, but making a joke about “Plunderstorm for PvErs” being noblegarden while the servers effectively nuke themselves into oblivion when the boss spawns? Hmm
That one’s a yikes from me. I know some players have spicy, unhelpful, toxic “feedback” about the event but this response as a joke missed the mark.

Its almost like when playing D&D with my brother years ago, he’d smack me with his staff of healing first, then spend a charge to heal… it was clever, but sometimes id have to make a new character, heh. Pretty Sadistic if you ask me.

If they used the potential of writing jokes to fix WoW’s pvp, they wouldn’t need silly battle royale modes to deceive pvp players and the game would have ~1 million more players
They spent more time on April fools than fixing mmr in arena

If you asked a question in a retail store and the employee answered “Are you idiotic, why would you ask that?”
Would you just accept it, or would you say they crossed a line? Cause that’s what they did with the Plunderstorm note.
Especially when the “joke” isn’t even correct, since they added a 1% drop to Noblegarden.
