What’s your question/topic here?
Some versions of TWW come with game time…and I would bet some of the Classic bundles do too
You can also buy game time from stores
Do I need previous game time/subscription to receive the Wellcome Offer game time bonus?
If I buy the Welcome offer, do I already get game time?
I dont think so. Pretty sure that is the generic warning they included and is always there. Most of the time 2/3 of the TWW bundles dont come with game time.
Hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong, but the way I read it is, yes.
The sale listing says 40% off the normal price +30 days of bonus play time reguardless of which version you buy.

(Disclaimer: I have no way of knowing for sure so this is based on my interpretation of information on the store page)
Thanks for the reply. I’ve already opened a support ticket asking this question. If I get an answer from them I’ll post it here.
Says it clear as day that it requires subscription or game time.

Requires World of Warcraft®, Internet connection, Battle.net® Account, and Battle.net® desktop app to play.
* Requires World of Warcraft® Subscription or Game Time
In-game items not available in WoW® Classic games. Boost only usable on the WoW® game account on which it was purchased or redeemed.
Upgrading to the Heroic or Epic Edition will not re-grant in-game items previously unlocked on your account. Trader’s Tender is granted only once per Battle.net® account and region upon first purchase of each edition, at a maximum of 1000 Tender from Epic.
My understanding from the posting is that all editions come with 30 days of time with the welcome offer, and the epic version comes with an extra 30.
Ok, but then the title of the offer ad is false advertising:
“Save up to 40% and get a bonus 30-Days Game Time through May 15!”
Yuna, they require you to have an active subscription. It reads that you will be granted an additional 30 days of game time added to your account for purchasing the bundle.
You should get gametime with the purchase. The last time they had a sale I bought the epic edition for a second battle.net account that had been dormant for years. I had 30 days of time to play it with no prior subscription and no purchased game time or subscription after buying it.
So why call this offer a “Welcome”?
Thank you for the quick response and helpful, and insightful information you presented to the Op. Always nice to see other players take the time to help each other out when someone doesn’t understand or has a question.
I sincerely hope that’s it

The thing is, that was never true with previous x-packs. If the box came with 30-days game time you could immediately play with no sub. I would really surprised if they changed that to “you can only have the 30 days in the bundle if you have a subscription”
Its even more counterintuitive when you consider that it is a deal aimed at new/returning players
Exactly that!
This support article also makes me believe that you don’t need a sub to use the game time. Specifically this paragraph:
“If you have an active subscription, the 30 days will activate after your current subscription period ends. Your next subscription period will then charge after the 30 days from the Epic Edition purchase ends.”
They wouldn’t need to put that in there if having an active subscription was required.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve already opened a support ticket asking this question.
I dont like to double post, but I finally found the support article for you specific situation and it is likely where they will send you to in their ticket response. The game time is automatically added to your account and you shouldn’t need a sub to use it.
Information about how Game Time is applied to your account when it's included in a bundle or special offer.
“The game time that comes with special bundles or other offers is immediately added to your account when you make the purchase”
Okay, so that goes for the special bundles and offers!
Thank you for your help
