I know this mount sound cynicle but am I the only some who goes through a negative thought process any time I see one of these bundles? (already know ill get a haha you buy from the store, and what are you poor comments, please don’t)
when I look at these bundles I get thoughts such as:
*damn I already paid full price for 2/3rds of these, so got ripped off there its too bad it doesn’t refund those when I buy this for catching it on sale
*damn it doesn’t even adjust the price 66% cheaper for owning 66%, so they are just adding mog to some of these to resell a whole bundle to loyal wow’ers and giving it nearly free to newer
*dang I can’t even gift the spares to a friend that would never buy them for themselves this is such a waste

There’s almost always someone who gets a better deal than you, and there’s almost always someone who gets a worse deal than you. It’s just how it goes. You could be one of the people who paid 3-5k USD for the feldrake in the last few years, only to find out that it was a free twitch drop.
they adjust the price to your collection or just “oh its cheaper” because pretty sure its the same price to everyone even when logged out and looking online. and yes you can return items or get them price matched up to 30 days usually. when you buy a graphics card right at the tail end of the overpriced train and it drops 40% in 2 months do you not feel ripped off?
My bundle was under 20$
So yeah, the price adjusts to you owning stuff, no idea what you’re talking about

people already waited a year, its just that’s when crypto finally crashed. just like when i bought these they didn’t have bundles and sales its something they started in shadowlands I believe. if i found a sale at walmart for 8 things and only needed 2 at least I could sell/give away the other 6

The other thing are sales, it’s fairly common knowledge that blizzard does sales a few times a year
You can absolutely just wait and get the items on sale later on, it’s kind of personal choice to buy then for full price
I’ll give you that one, it is kind of lame how blizzard handles that on their website
In-game it shows the items you already own with the adjusted price, but being able to see that on the website would be nice as well
wish i knew this when the fae/nature pack was up if they were doing it then but coulda swore i had most of those and it said like 60 then so idk. they just need to make it a bit more transparent on the sale pages
Nah I don’t think about it like that. It’s just more opportunity for others to get the store items in a bundle if it is cheaper. Maybe they didn’t get it before because they couldn’t? And it’s Christmas right now so it makes sense to have sales around the holidays, people receive some cash for gifts sometimes. Could be a good time to make sales! If I want something in the store I usually get it earlier and I’m riding around on it for a while before any bundle comes out. Not mad at it!
What are you talking about not adjusting the price? As I own everything but the transmog the bundle is $11.99 and considering the mog is $20.00 on its own that definitely seems like a price adjustment? As for not buying off the store? its your money do what you want. You won’t have spares as price adjustments for what you do have, I do think they need to make the bundle giftable though.
