I expected this, along with their accounting department. Not releasing a new title during the holiday season is a bad look for a AAA company. They have internal deadlines regardless of “player satisfaction”.

I’d bet actual money on this getting pushed back to Q1 2023.

This expansion ain’t even in ALPHA yet.

Idk how much it’s in $ but it’s 130 euro for EU for Epic edition… Heroic is 109.99

Edit: Apparently that’s with Shadowlands included… so it’s cheaper without. 90 Euro Epic.

If you click on the cheaper one first, you’ll have the 3 options there without SL included… as most of us have that already.

Same… was expecting Q1 2023, but if i get to play DF in December where i take time off anyway, best case scenario for me!

Doesn’t surprise me that much tbh.

They cut out loads of content in Shadowlands in order to work on 10.0.

During the announcement they already showed Tier Concepts for all classes and Dance animations for the new race, those are typically the last to get made, indicating the expansion was much further along than people suspected.

i will say yes feel like it being rush but being we have not seen what have been done ill wait to complain

I expected it and at worst January '23. For those saying Alpha isn’t even out yet, typically Alphas are internal or special invite only, not the same as invites for Beta. Likely they’re already well into Internal Alpha.

Expect Season 4 in a few weeks.

There’s nothing to indicate this is being rushed nor does it have convoluted systems attached to it like previous expansions. Calm down.

I figured they’d try to get it out before the end of the year and the only reason I was skeptical was because of the testing timeline
