As the name of the topic suggests, I’ve been facing weird World MS latency issues for a prolonged period of time now.
The game is unplayable, the MS number goes up into thousands.
I’ve cleared cache, WTF folders, restarted my router, you name it, I did it, but still the lag issue persists.
Everything is fine on my end but I cannot play the game properly because of this.
Any ideas?
I’ve had the same since Forever launched. It affects both retail (midnight) and TBC anniversary.
Not sure what’s going on ,but someone suggested using a VPN to connect to wow, and doing that seems to bypass whatever might be happening, and allowing me to play without lag.
I’m connecting to a US node and getting my usual 170ms - 180ms latency (which is normal considering my location - Europe).
