World Map Completely Reset

After the update the world map has completely reset. I have no addons enabled and have reset my UI, Interface folder, WTF and Cache. I get notifications for exploring areas as if I haven’t been to them before. This has affected every zone in WoW.

Dammit man, the ONE achievment i was proud of was the Universal Explorer and now is ALL gone. Please Blizzard, fix this s hit.
