World latency high WinMTR help

Hello,

Past couple of days i’ve suddenly have had high world latency and can’t seem to get it to drop. I’ve run a WinMTR test but have no idea how to read this. Am i having an ISP issue or connection from where i am to OCE issue, or at the end issue. If someone could help me decipher this.

Run it for way longer than 200 packets. No issues seen in that log.

You want like 10 minutes of data.

That looks very good - was your latency high while this was running?

Only thing I notice is that you are running through many private IP’s. Are you at a college or anything?

no. just at home…
