World first race question

Ok so i’ll admit i haven’t been keeping up on the world first race been busy with other stuff and quiet honestly never interested me that much to follow it play by play just general of who’s in the lead. but now i’m confused i heard a generalization of what happen and let’s say what i heard is typical 2020 blizzard being 2020 blizzard and doing 2020 blizzard stuff.

AKA changing boss mid race but i also see people congratulating complexity already so did they get an official kill or are they acknowledging t he kill they should have gotten by blizzard C*** blocked them on?

If someone could please clear up what’s happening for me i’d greatly appreciate it.

They got an actual kill. Loot, mount, pats on the back from Magni and Mother etc…

they didn’t get an achievement though because of an issue with how the boss dies. Blizz are aware of that though as it was keeping people from their AoTC on Heroic too.

Just add some additional info even World of Warcraft has officially stated that they have completed the mythic raid.
