Can we just get some npcs in org where you can go ask about the heads for the world buff??!! The amount of times i have been 7 seconds from org when rend is dropping is crazy.
Download the addon Nova World Buffs. While you’re at it I’d recommend Nova Instance Tracker too.

I have it the problem is they dont drop the buff when the timer is up most times

Yeah it’s not a guarantee, but in my experience it usually gets dropped shortly after it’s off CD. I just try and time it so I’m in Org around that time if I need it.
at least make it like 12 seconds so we can hearth with one second left to spare.
